Driver Install

Installation

The following drivers provide support for the 64 bit versions of Windows® 10 and Windows® Server 2019:

The iolite 12i WDDM drivers only provide support for the 64 bit version of Windows® 10.

Please read the installation instructions in the Image4K, iolite 12i, ImageDP4, Vision and SQX manuals before installing the Image4K, iolite 12i, ImageDP4, Vision or SQX hardware or software. The manuals can be found on the software installation CD and on the Datapath website at: http://www.datapath.co.uk/.

With the hardware installed, please run the Driver Install (INSTALL.EXE found in the root folder) to install and configure the drivers for the hardware.

As part of the Driver Install installation, features such as SQX encoding require an application to be added to the Windows firewall exceptions list.

Please see the Release History for details of the driver versions included with each Driver Install package. Details of the associated improvements are included in the Release Notes of each driver.

Silent Installation

The Driver Install will normally run interactively, however it is also possible to configure a silent installation which requires no user interaction. This is a convenient way to streamline the installation process of the drivers, and allows the installation to be automated as part of a system image.

The configuration of a silent installation is done via the customisation of an INI file, which is included in the Driver Install.

Please see the documentation here for information about the configuration options:
